About The Owners

Hi, I’m Joe and this is my amazing wife, Lyndsey. Along with our excellent team, we make up the Lancaster Burger Company family.  I (Joe) worked behind the grill at a farmer’s market outside of Philadelphia throughout high school and college and eventually landed a job behind a desk. But the love of creating and preparing food never stopped calling my name and I eventually gave up that job to pursue my dream of running and owning a food truck specializing in burgers. Thank you for helping me turn that dream into a reality; it is a pleasure to serve you.
